Drama serial Humsafar famed actress Mahira Khan is not very much eager of entering multi-billion dollar Indian showbiz. She is satisfied with her mini screen roles in Pakistan.
Mahira Khan is known in India for her appearance in Shoaib Mansoor’s blockbuster film Bol. Anyhow, unlike other Pakistani celebrities such as Ali Zafar, Veena Malik, Mona Liza, Meera, Atif Aslam, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and more, she is not aspiring to work in Bollywood. "I don’t want to be a Bollywood star for sure because the kind of stardom that we get from Pakistan, I am very happy with that. So becoming a Bollywood actress is not something I am aspiring to do,” says Mahira Khan.
Humsafar was a super hit drama serial with its popular role Khirad Ehsan played by Mahira Khan, which harnessed her eternal fame in Pakistan drama industry, and Mahira is always contented with such roles on television. Currently, she is in New Delhi, India to attend the inauguration of PFDC-The Boulevard, the Pakistani designer wear store in India.
