Men end up with pot bellies only when they start laxing and get lazy. You have a difficult work routine, you have family and friend to socialize with, you don’t get time to workout then you are a fool. Those are excuses for avoiding workout. Men tend to be more careless with their appetites, all the more reason why they need workout more.

What men need to understand is workout is not only the traditional going to the gym and pumping those scary machines. Workout is exercise in whatever form you can get it. Workout can be fun especially if you plan it out with your friends. Men like doing stuff in groups. Get your friends together and start twice a week cricket match, or weekly cycling trips. That would be workout without being cooped in. workout is a necessity but no one says workout can’t be fun. Fun or tough, workout has one role to play and that is keeping you lazy men in shape. Use your imagination and plan a workout that suits your needs; workout at a time that suits you, workout with people workout will be fun.

Instead of an elevator take the stairs every chance you get and that is workout too.
