You wake up and you don’t feel like getting up because of lethargy; you have to drag yourself off the bed, drag yourself to the bathroom, and drag yourself everywhere. Lethargy is what is causing it. Some lifestyle and diet choices cause lethargy. Lethargy is fatigue and massive lack of energy.

Lethargy has a lot to do with lack of fluids in diet. Lethargy is usually associated with heavy foods such as milk and red meat; also lazing around for long causes lethargy. Lethargy can easily be battled by diet of fresh fruits and vegetables and regular exercise.

Well being is the best way to fight lethargy. From everyday health hazards like constipation to more serious psychological and physical illness lethargy can sometimes be a symptom. Hence it is best to not ignore lethargy and let lethargy become a habit. If lethargy is all you are feeling nowadays then try changing your diet and your routine. If that does not help your lethargy then don’t delay going to a doctor any further.
