Fried Fish

Ingredients

1 kg Fillet Fish

Marinate the Fish in following ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2-3 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic (lehsan) paste
  • ½ teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • ¼ Carom Seeds (Ajwain)

 Batter for Frying

  •  4-5 tablespoon Basin (Channa or rice flour)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon Red Chili Powder

 Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients for marinate. Coat the fish with marinated mixture and leave it for 2-3 hours in the fridge.
  2. Prepare batter with water as the mixing ingredient but make sure that the batter is not oo thick.
  3. Dip the pieces of fish in batter and deep fry till golden brown.

Serve: Serve with Fries, Naan or Mint Sauce.
Serving: 2-3 persons
