1 Liter of milk
1 Small tin condensed milk
4-5 Tablespoon sugar (reduce amount if adding sweetened condensed milk)
½ Cup rice flour
Dry fruit –pistachio, almonds
1 TeaspoonKewra essence
4 Green cardamom (ChhotiIlaichi) seeds
1. In a pot add milk and illaichi seeds, rice flour and sugar.
2. Leave it on very low flame and keep stirring.
3. When it starts thickening add kewra essence and remove from heat.
4. Garnish with dry fruits.
Serving: 4-6 Persons
