Trail n Error’s presentation ‘Mona Darling’ as the name suggests, was inspired by Mona Lisa and the modern day version of her.
The overall look of the collection was very French and classic. The duo Pashmina and Faatina have worked with prints, embroidery and images on the fabric creating a humorous yet quirky look. Mona Lisa epitomized beauty through her smile and innocence, Ahmed has played around with Mona’s image so she can live up to the modern day standard of beauty. Since ‘Mona Darling’ is mainly a winter collection, so they have used wool for jackets, silk for dresses and flowery jersey for tights. Each outfit was a striking amalgamation of all the three fabrics.
