Over the past few years many fashion models and actresses have endorsed  the essence of the Veet brand making glamour a significant part of the ‘Veet’ world. This leads us to the show “Veet- What beauty feels like” which was held at the PC Marquee in Karachi on 28th May 2009 showcasing a celebration of beauty and femininity through some of the finest ambassadors of Pakistani Fashion. A Catwalk Productions presentation featuring an exclusive dance performance choreographed by Omar Rahim and collections of Top Pakistani designers such as HSY, Nomi Ansari, Khaadi Khas and Maheen Khan.

In the world premiere of the opening performance entitled ‘Titli’, Omar Rahim brilliantly explored beauty through the metaphor of the life cycle of a butterfly. The dance depicted the struggle to grow, the desire to play and the dream to fly. With music composed by Shallum Xavier and costumes designed by Zaheer Abbas for this opening act it was a magnificent performance enticing the entire hall.

Following the dance performance Nomi Ansari showcased his Spring/Summer 2009 collection based on the circle of life. Anything nature had to offer, a flower, a bird, Skyline, ocean or the natural fibres which give our ensambles a feel of being alive and happy. It was certainly fresh, young and happening!
