Actress Shilpa Shetty, who broke her leg while shooting for Rohit Shetty’s web series, ‘Indian Police Force’, has already started doing stretching exercises, though she has been advised to rest Has been.

These asanas strengthen the flexibility of the spine and back muscles. and are beneficial for improving digestion and are also helpful for the digestive system.

However, the third pose ‘Bhardwajasana’ should be avoided during pregnancy. Don’t let anything get in the way of your routine. You just believe and do things. Willing to change is one of the biggest obstacles you can overcome.”
