Cheese Stuffed Vegetable Cutlets


  • 2 Slices of Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Medium Onion Chopped
  • Half Bunch of Coriander Leaves
  • 3 green chillies
  • 1 boiled and peeled potato
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tbsp Black pepper
  • 7 slices of bread
  • Milk to soak
  • Oil for frying


  1. Mix all vegetables and spices in a bowl
  2. Finely cut boil eggs and add in the mixture
  3. Now take bread slices and slightly soak them in milk and take out by pressing gently
  4. Place the vegetable mixture in one slice
  5. Then place cheese on top and make a cutlet
  6. Make all cutlets like this
  7. Heat little oil in a pan and fry till golden brown
  8. Enjoy with tomato ketchup
