Weddings of Asia (Pakistan Fashion Week 6) took place at the Russell Hotel, London on the 30th May – 01 June 2014 was a hugely successful show hosted by Riwayat. Pakistan Fashion Week “The Cultural Fusion” has featured 30 of the most eminent Pakistani designers, showcasing their collections across 3 stunning shows, while 45 glamorous models strut along a 70 ft long runway.
Mona Imran showcased her bridal collection at Pakistan Fashion Week London 2014; Mona Imran captured the ethereal beauty of Pakistani clothing. The designer showed a variety of formal wear and wedding with a line of shirts, long shirts, t shirts, shirts open and fluid combined with Western-style pants, churidar pajamas and lehengas. All the dresses were adorned with sequin embroidery and artwork in different colors to appeal to fashion lovers.
This stunning collection was full of elegant looks and eye-catching stitching styles. Long shirts, lehengas, open gowns and frocks embellished with embroidery and laces.
The bright shades have sued for this collection such as orange, navy blue, ivory, emerald, red, meroon and ferozi are included in the color palette of the PFW 2014 Collection. Chiffon, jamawar and banarsi fabric was beautifully stylized with golden zari, cora dubka and sequin embellishments.
ARY TV Network provided the media support since the inception of PFW, Riwayat’s success has echoed around the world. The event is organized by designer Adnan Ansari, under his banner Riwayat, which means ‘traditions’.
