Star-studded Launch of Namrata Purohit First-Ever Music Video

At a star-studded event this evening, founder of The Pilates and Altitude Studio and celebrity fitness maven, Namrata Purohit, launched her first-ever music video, Flow. The night saw some of B-town’s favourite faces including Sara Ali Khan, Aditi Rao Hydari, Sushant Singh Rajput, Daisy Shah, Sonaalli Seygall, Surveen Chawla, Tanishaa Mukerji, Farah Ali Khan, Rohan Mehra, Nandish Sandhu, Abhimanyu Dassani, Amit Sadh, Elnaaz Norouzi among others at the unveiling of the lyrical composition by the Pilates coach.

Namrata Purohit’s music track, Flow is a beautiful number that reminds you to relax, let go and breathe. Since movement and breath have always been an extremely important part of her journey, the lyrics and beats harmoniously express the rhythmic fluidity of life.

"There's no better way of expressing the flow of life than music, it's been a vital part of me. I have been a trained singer and dancer as a child, and it's something that always helps me unwind. One can expect to see a beautiful amalgamation of music, dance and workout coming together in the video we have created - basically, it reminds you to train smart and just flow!" states Namrata.

Her career trajectory has truly been an inspiration to every woman; from claiming the title of the ‘Youngest Trained Stott Pilates Instructor' in the world at the age of 16 to founding The Pilates and Altitude Studio, she has no plans of slowing down. The all-rounder fitness coach also gave expression to her athletic expertise and authored the popular book ‘The Lazy Girl’s Guide to Being Fit’.

Despite her accomplishments, Namrata insists that her bucketlist is nowhere close to completion. Her plans for the coming year include scaling up her teaching programs, taking her studio to new cities, working on her own YouTube channel and launching her private label.
