Contemporary jewellery label ISHARYA launched N.O.W. this evening – a party-ready collection of bespoke accessories at their flagship studio in Bandra (West).
Mumbai’s hip set sipped on chilled bubbly, while getting their names personalized on textured marble-acrylic clutches. Guests were seen trying on bib necklaces with layered strands of Japanese cotton pearls, shell pearls and velvet cord. Customised with ISHARYA’s signature 3D ‘Louvre’ lettering alphabets on chain or leather, shoppers were smitten by ISHARYA’s chic bag straps, letting them wear their personal style on their shoulders.
Among those who attended the launch event, included Shamita Shetty, Sophie Choudry, Sayani Gupta, Tanisha Mukherjee, Vidya Malavade, Rasika Dugal, Sonali Kulkarni, Deepti Gujral, Roshni Chopra, Pooja Danda, Ayesha Shroff and Anna Singh to name a few
ISHARYA’s N.O.W. Collection will be available at the brand’s flagship store in Mumbai and www.isharya.com from Friday, December 8th, 2017 onwards.
In 2004, sisters-in-law, Gauri and Radhika Tandon (between Mumbai and Silicon Valley), launched a passion project to create stylish, high quality, India-inspired fashion jewellery. Using novel materials such as wood and resin, these fashion-forward pieces caught the attention of editors, celebrities and retailers. So much so, that the adulation compelled the co-founders to dedicate themselves full-time to the brand. From glamorous chandelier earrings to jewel encrusted cuffs and bold cocktail rings, each piece is designed to fuse an aesthetic of effortless California chic with Bollywood glamour. Lightweight and versatile, ISHARYA’s accessories epitomise the modern, confident, jet-setting woman.
The brand uses innovative techniques, 3-D printing along with artisanal details to create provocative, gold-plated fashion jewellery that is sophisticated, yet accessible with its price points. With a rapidly growing e-commerce footprint and social media presence, the brand has a presence in 60 countries with prestigious retailers such as Harvey Nichols, Bloomingdale’s, Ensemble and Aza, amongst others.
