Faraz Manan Featured the New â€œNawabi Collectionâ€

The collection consisted of women and men’s wear which was Royal but a fusion of east n west , old and new, glamorous yet classic with a modern twist in terms of modern silhouettes with intricate eastern embellishments. Nets jacquard silks and organza were the main fabrics which form this collection and which are Ideal for weddings, dinners and the festive season. Over the past decade Faraz Manan has managed to make his signature name into the refined and renowned brand.

"The collection showed how the Nawabs and their Begums started wearing lace saris with ethnic embellishment., dresses, breeches, jackets, playing polo , cigars ,European holidays what not but infused that exposure and influence into their ethnic clothing on festive occasions as well. The collection is classic feminine but bold as well comprising of ivory, nude pink, midnight blue mainly. Fabrics are in-house developed embroidered nets and beautiful woven jacquard silks. Embellishment is mainly gold & Swarovski inspired by the polki jewellery which is one of the favorite of the nawabs." said Faraz about his collection.

His collaboration with Crescent had helped him create a remarkable force to be reckoned with. Faraz’s design aesthetics create a reviving fuss when they hit the ramp and his choice of pallet is a combination of sophistication and style. The latest couture and diffusion collection is a fusion of whites, gold and ivories, where each ensemble’s layer is mastered to perfection. The silhouettes are sleek; a perfect blend of east meets west. The flamboyant collection in Pakistan and across borders has created a sensation and this is just the beginning!
