Bon Vivant Palais, part of the Gourmet family of restaurants, added a new concept to the bistro, launching “Aver Caro” via an exclusive launch dinner. Located on the third floor, ‘Aver Caro’ offers state of the art facilities in executive lounges and boardrooms that are esthetically designed to be a perfect place to host lunch parties, board meetings and seminars for corporates.
The event was managed by Savvy Events with PR by Lotus. A unique dining concept in itself, Bon Vivant Palais is one of a kind multi story-building located in the heart of Lahore, Gulberg. The restaurant offers different cuisines on each floor.
Café Bon Vivant, located on the ground floor offers a diverse range of continental dishes along with homemade gelato in different flavors. The spacious décor, three floor seating area and open kitchen are just a few of the reasons that make it unique and different.
Bon Vivant Palais dedicates the entire first floor to our Pakistani cuisine. ‘Rawayat’, as the name suggests remains true to the Pakistani roots and offers a selection of dishes starting from handis, seekh kebab, taka tak, warkae paratha and much more. It also offers its patrons mouth-watering desi desserts from gulab jamun, gejeraela to kulfi faluda, ras malai etc.
Xing Fu, located on the second floor, offers the best of Chinese, Thai and Japanese food. Chef Chalo, is an experienced chef with great command over food be it sushi, glass noodle salad or tamarind chicken. Xing Fu offers a perfect blend of these three Pan Asian cuisines.
Aver Caro, located on the third floor, hosts executive lounges and boardrooms. It is the only floor in the entire building that offers food to be delivered from either one of the three floors.
