Following the success of a partnership with Fashion Pakistan Week 2 in April and indeed in keeping with their global tradition of fashion associations, L’Oréal Paris, the world’s leading beauty brand, proudly announced their exciting partnership with the leading fashion House of Ensemble. The independent, luxury, multi label boutique announced their move to a brand new, swankier and expanded Clifton premises and to introduce and celebrate this new fashion location, L’Oréal Paris and the House of Ensemble presented an exclusive Spring/Summer 2010 showcase of collections by HSY, Sadaf Malaterre, Sana Safinaz and Umar Sayeed in a live fashion installation show!
In attendance were CEO L’Oréal Pakistan Musharaf Hai, L’Oréal Pakistan Spokespeople Meesha ShafiSabina Pasha and , Garnier Brand Ambassador Juggun Kazim, Fashion Designers HSY, Umar Sayeed, Sana Hashwani, Sadaf Malaterre, Adnan Pardesy, Faiza Samee, Nomi Ansari, Maheen Karim, Sania Maskatiya and Syed Rizwanullah. Fashion Models, Iraj, Sunita Marshal, Amina Ilyas, Ayaan, Tooba, Fayeza Ansari, Sara Gillani, Rubya Chaudhry, Maha, Faiza and Rubab. Asad Tareen of the Designers, TV Personality Nadia Rafi, Stylists Saba of Sabs Salon, Mubashir, Frieha Altaf of Catwalk and Photographer Tapu Javeri were also present. The event architects and managers were the team at Wow Factor with fashion styling by Saba Ansari of Sabs Salon and choreography by Imran Kureishi.
Speaking about the event and the new move, Ensemble’s directors Zeba and Shehrnaz have said: “We opened as a small boutique in Clifton some two years back and have grown to introduce new designers, re introduce classic designers in new avatars, showcase new collections and exclusive fashion lines and stage fashion shows every season. Moving to a larger venue and partnering with L’Oreal Paris is an extension of Ensemble’s vision, which is to help make fashion exciting, accessible, dynamic and to keep fashion associations alive and glamorous”.
The new multi story House of Ensemble introduced Sabysachi Mukherjee as an exclusive stockist, boast a dedicated retail space for Ritu Kumar, introduced an in house by appointment bridal couture studio and also included signature prêt a porter collections from Faiza Samee, Rizwan Beyg, Maheen Karim, Umar Batul, Sanya Muneer, Sana Safinaz, Sadaf Malaterre, Nida Azwer, Kamiar Rokni, Sublime by Sara, HSY, Nomi Ansari, Chamak, Saadia Mirza, Nadya Shah, Hunar, Muse, Mahin Hussain, Zahra Habib, Ensemble’s eponymous line Ensemble Design Studio and Indian designers including Fab East, Tarun Tahiliani and Simar Dugal.
