The wife of legend left-arm fast bowler Wasim Akram slammed a dermatologist who suspected Wasim Akram for getting plastic surgery.
A Lahore-based aesthetic dermatologist Dr Madiha Rao took to Instagram and wrote that “fillers make his face look bloated and puffy, making it hard for him to even smile.” She also alleged that “it can be seen from a distance that he (Wasim Akram) has done something to his face, adding that fillers and Botox should be done in a natural way so no one can tell.”
In respond to Dr. Madiha’s allegations, Shaniera Akram came to rescue her husband and exposed the lies of Dr. Madiha. Former cricketer’s wife Shaniera Akram took to twitter to defend her husband by saying Wasim Akram “is so against injectable of any kind and has never done anything to his face and obviously does not need too,” She also used the term “what gutter advertising” for the alleged dermatologist. Furthermore, she says “the absolute worst way to promote your business” for the doctor.
At the end, she demands personal apology from the dermatologist. She also shared an image from Dr Rao’s Instagram page and called out the doctor for trashing people for the sake of promoting her business. “What gutter advertising. The absolute worst way to promote your business is by trashing other people or putting other people down in order to promote yourself,”
“What gutter advertising, the absolute worst way to promote your business is by trashing other people or putting other people down in order to promote yourself. Your opinion couldn’t be more wrong as Wasim is so against injectables of any kind and has never done anything to his face and obviously does not need too, so in this shocking attempt to identify someone who has had work done you have put down someone with a natural face. W
ell done!! For a person in this field who manipulates peoples faces for a living I suggest you find someone else to be your pin cousin. What a desperate, trashy and unprofessional way market your business. People should really think twice before going to see you for an aesthetic opinion, I certainly would! Fillers and Botox is something you should never take lightly so I suggest you promote your page in a positive healthy way for people who really need assistance not by doing it this way. Pathetic and I think a personal apology to my husband is very necessary”
After Shaniera Akram’s comments, Dr Rao deleted her post and posted a public apology on her page. “Ultraderm team apologise for posting anything that might have hurt the fans and followers of the great legend Wasim Akram it was not intended to defame or hurt anyone so our apologies. The post has been removed from the site.”
