The enticing extravaganza of fourth edition of the Karachi Fashion Week kicked off in “City of Lights” on January 27, 2013 and continued for four days at the Expo Center, Karachi, Pakistan.
Known as the largest fashion display event of Pakistan, Karachi Fashion Week 2013 has attracted top 30 international and national fashion designers to exhibit their Spring/Summer Collection 2013-2014 at the fashion runway. Including designers form India, Nigeria, United State, Malaysia, Nigeria, Los Angeles and India along with leading Pakistani designers, KFW 4 has showcased the artistic creations of both veteran and new talent.
With the aim of promoting Pakistan fashion world and tourism in Karachi, the Karachi Fashion Week 4 has been attended by national and international buyers, media, fashion models, fashion designers and fashionistas. The torrent of fashion models beautifully walked the fashion ramp flaunting latest make-up and dress styles. The choreographer for all the shows at KFW 2013 is Imran Kureishi and make-up is done by Huma Tahir of Huma and Zara’s Salon with male grooming assisted by Bilal Khan.
Excellent Events and Entertainment (Pvt) Ltd. (Triple-E) has organized the fashion week under Pakistan Fashion Council (PFC). The exhibition space at fourth Karachi Fashion Week Red Carpet features stalls by famous fashion brands such as Indian designer Karma, Brands Just Pret, Borjan, Gul Ahmed and by many others.
Pakistan’s famous stylist Tariq Amin is the creative and aesthetic consultant of Karachi Fashion Week 2013.
