Coldplay obviously loves India — and yes, we are totally jealous but that’s a conversation for another day.
After an impromptu performance in Delhi last July, British rock band Coldplay returned to India in October but this time, headed to Bombay to shoot a music video for their upcoming single, “Hymn for The Weekend”, featuring Beyonce.
Now, the indian media has reported that Bollywood’s beautiful Sonam Kapoor will also be appearing in the same video. Kapoor gushed, “I love Coldplay’s music and so does the world. It was a huge honour to be a part of the video; it’s a great concept and I had a lot of fun shooting for it.”
The 30-year-old actress plays a mystical muse in the video directed by Ben Mor. “Sonam shot for a day last October at the Golfa Devi Temple in Worli and the Vasai fort,”informs a source close to the actress.
“They zeroed in on a desi look, complete with Sonam in a ghagra choli and wearing the traditional mang tika and a nose ring,” they added.
The bollywood beautiful actress Sonam kapoor will be making a cameo appearance in the band's upcoming music video as a a mystical muse.
