Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri are set to have their third baby through surrogacy and have reportedly got into trouble with state health department for determining the sex of their unborn child.
Indian Radiological and Imaging Associations (IRIA) has objection over Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan for finding and revealing the gender of their surrogate child because of the contort sex ratio across Maharashtra, including Mumbai, India.
IRIA has asked for investigation and strict action against radiologists who conducted alleged sex determination of SRK’s unborn child, and has sent an email to the state health department officials and state health minister Suresh Shetty to inquire into news how the star couple got to know about the sex of their unborn baby while sex determination is illegal in India.
The inquiry is meant to know whether celebrities are breaking the law as it will set a wrong example whereas, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri have refused to talk about the matter.
