Forth Baisakhi Film Festival will kick off today at FC College University, Mass Communication Department, Lahore to experience three full-fledged days of cultural and arts.
According to reports, there will be a huge participation of student from over 21 universities including national and international. Students coming from Oslo, Delhi, Bhopal, and Kathmandu have reached Lahore to exhibit their culture and talent.
