Following its successful participation in the Asian Fashion Expo 2013 in London, Lala Textiles is now introducing a new spring/summer 2013 collection titled Brocade. The prints and patterns of Brocade by Lala are aesthetically diverse and feature a luxurious fusion of traditional design elements with modern cuts. Brocade by Lala will be available across the country at all leading stockists on Tuesday 26th March 2013.
With this collection, fashion connoisseurs can expect detailed applique work, luxe laces, ethnic stitching patterns and conventional gota work. The collection is further designed to create classical ensembles with traditional Mughal, Kashmir & Islamic embroideries.
Brocade by Lala comes in 7 different designs which are Lukhnavi, Ranikot, Truck Art, Kachnar, Deccan, Pearl and Ethnic. Each design comes in two different colour variations of bold and sprightly hues including yellow, turquoise, orange, pistachio – green and purple among others.
Having started as a trading house in Pakistan in 1947, the Lala Textiles brand launched its first retail label in 1972 and has today grown to encompass seven diverse retail brands providing accessible summer; midsummer and winter fabric ranges; these include lines such as Vintage, Sana & Samia, La Femme, Kesa, Brocade, Khaddi & Lala Classic.
