Ajay Devgan’s Bollywood rom-com Son of Sardaar has taken movie goers by a storm across the world, scoring huge profits with its fun filled entertainment package.
With its release in Pakistan, Son of Sardar recorded highest ever profits for a movie released on a weekday and the fame is yet to be beaten by any other releases on the big screen.
The movie, which has been directed by Ashwani Dhir is an unabashed entertainer, starring Sonakshi Sinha and Sanjay Dutt in the other lead roles.
Originally made by Rajmouli in Telugu as Maryada Ramanna, the story was remade in Kannada and Bengali languages before it received the bollywood treatment by Ashwin Dhir to become Son of Sardar.
Although, South Indian movies are usually much more colorful and exaggerated than the ones produced in Bollywood, director Ashwani Dhir has made sure that SOS has enough Bollywood masala, packed with humour, action, drama, songs and dances.
