BRANDS Just Pret, one of the fastest growing multi brand stores in Pakistan, took part in 3rd Pakistan Fashion Week in London, a two day event that took place from 17th to 18th November 2012. Well renowned for their commitment towards giving young aspiring designers a platform to showcase their latest fashion collections alongside mainstream fashion brands, BRANDS Just Pret was represented by four designers; Ayesha Aejaz from Mumbai, Hinash from Lahore, Hasina Khanani from Karachi & Najwa Imran from UAE.
Pakistan Fashion Week was held in the Grand Connaught Rooms in London over the course of two days and was organized by Adnan Ansari of Riwayat. The collection displayed by Ayesha Aejaz from Mumbai was a hit due to her cuts and unique blend of colours, while Hinash brought her Mughal printed formal & couture collections. Najwa Imran’s collection consisted of digital printing which received popularity due to its elegance, while Hasina Khanani’s collection was called “Bring Back My Art” which included a variety of denim tops in different shades of blue. The collectionalso included the use of colourful abstract art in threaded embroidery and blue Iranian stones.
The designers from BRANDS Just Pret were received very well at the event: “This was our first event in London and was an honour to be part of PFW as our 4 designers received excellent response on international platform”, said Hadi Anwar (CEO), Somaya Hadi (Managing Director Asia Operations) & Hasaah Hadi (Managing Director Middle East Operations)at BRANDS Just Pret, about the event.
