Pakistani singer and actor Ali Zafar is all set to star in a new Bollywood flick named ‘Aman Ki Asha’, in opposite to Yami Gautam of Vicky Donor. The film, which is a remake of a Spanish romantic comedy, is being directed by E. Nivas, while Neeraj Pandey is the writer and producer of the Hindi version.
Ali Zafar is also writing and composing the music for the romantic flick. “I have also been asked to write and compose the music for the same. First song which is being recorded in the studio,” he posted on Twitter. Ali entered Indian cinema with Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, a film produced under the banner of prestigious Yash Raj Films and later stared in Anu Menon’s London Paris New York.
His new film Chashme Buddoor, a remake of 1981 film is all set to release on February 22nd in the coming year. Shooting for Neeraj Pandey’s ‘Aman Ki Asha’ will begin right after the release of Chashme Buddoor. “My next feature, a rom com is tentatively named Aman Ki Asha opposite Yami Gautam written and produced by Neeraj Pandey and directed by E Nivas.” Ali tweeted. The new film is reportedly about a the love story of a Pakistani boy and an Indian girl.
