The premiere of this year’s most anticipated film ,The Dark Knight Rises was organised by Mandviwalla Entertainmet at Karachi’s Atrium Cinemas with over 600 people in attendance. Celebrities, Media and Socialites were seen packed in the thematically designed walkways of the cinema depicting the GothamCity experience, aptly sponsored by Mountain Dew, the global sponsor of the film. Notables who attended included Aly Khan (Don2 fame) from Mumbai , Humayun Saeed, Faysal Qureshi, Fakhre Alam, Mishi Khan, Marina khan, Aisha Umer, Anoushay Ashraf, Tapu Javeri and many others. Nadeem Mandviwalla and Syed Rehmani of Mandviwalla Entertainment hosted the event.
Warner Bros. Pictures’ and Legendary Pictures’ “The Dark Knight Rises” is the epic conclusion to filmmaker Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy. Leading an all-star international cast, Oscar® winner Christian Bale (“The Fighter”) again plays the dual role of Bruce Wayne/Batman. The film also stars Anne Hathaway, as Selina Kyle; Tom Hardy, as Bane; Oscar® winner Marion Cotillard (“La Vie en Rose”), as Miranda Tate; and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, as John Blake.
The promotion of the film in Pakistan is handled by Asim Qureshi of Brand Cinema while the event was managed by Syntax Communications.
