Synopsis:
Jai, a hard-working young Punjabi man from Delhi arrives in London, leaving behind his debt-ridden family, to fulfil his dream of a better future. Initially, luck shines on Jai and whilst discovering London, he forms an unlikely friendship on a ghetto estate, and furthermore his life is transformed when unexpectedly he finds love on the underground. But Jai’s happiness is short-lived. One phone call changes everything. Jai is left trapped in a dark and dangerous existence where only a jungle law exists. The hunt is on and he is running on quicksand…”

ASAD SHAN (Director / Jai)
Asad Shan is a British model-turned actor. Most notable for his on screen appearance for B4U (India’s Leading Music Network) as music presenter, Asad has recently completed directing and starring in his debut feature film 7 Welcome To London.
The British star has gained a vast amount worldwide experience (London, New York, Mumbai), starring in Film, Theatre, Television, Commercials and Music Videos productions. Credits include New York Film Academy and Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute productions, ‘East is east’ and ‘The Glass Menagerie.’
Currently, Asad is the face of Zee TV’s ‘Zing’ channel as a host for ‘Brits Bollywood.’
Other distinguished credits include features In Daily News and Analysis, being the face of SKY, William Hill, Npower, HSBC and Eid in the Square 2010, 2011, with from Mayor of London Boris Johnson. Asad also starred in the title role of ‘Jaaneman part 2.’ A smash hit music video that resulted in a global phenomenon
SABEEKA IMAM (Simran)
Sabeeka Imam is the biggest name on the Asian Fashion market in UK today. Having won the Asian Model of the year in 2011, she acted in a few music videos before making her debut in 7 Welcome to London.
CHRIS DICKENS (Creative Producer)
Chris Dickens is a British film and television editor with more than 25 film credits. His work on Slumdog Millionaire (2008), directed by Danny Boyle, won the Academy Award for Film Editing, BAFTA Award for Best Editing, and the American Cinema Editors Award for Best Edited Feature Film (Dramatic).
TIM HIBBERD (Lead)
Tim is a highly accomplished actor and devisor. Theatre work includes THE LAST PRESENT at POLKA THEATRE directed by John Wright, the HOUND OF THE BASKERVILLES as the swing understudy in the west end, MR CURRY in A BEAR CALLED PADDINGTON at POLKA THEATRE, and JOHN in THE STEPPE BROTHERS.
