Pamper Yourself at Home with Spa Day Extras

Enjoying a day of spa treatment to pamper you can be a wonderful experience. But what comes into your mind when you read the word “spa”? The main thing that you think is relaxation but the other think you will think of would be “expensive”! The good news for you is that you don’t have to spend money on a spa treatment. You can set up your own spa at home by following some simple pampering techniques.

Cleaning Your Face:

Use a gentle cleanser according to your skin type (e.g. you may use honey-based soap) to avoid impurities. After that, apply a good toner. Then, moisturize your skin with an oil-free moisturizer.

Scrub and Exfoliate:

Skin specialists suggest that this practice helps to remove the upper layer of dead skin.

Use conditioner for your dry hair, cover it thoroughly. Wait for sometime if you think your hair is in extreme need of conditioning, it will absorb the conditioner immediately, and then you may re-apply.

Fill a large dish with warm water and add some foot salt. Keep your feet in there for about five minutes, then take them out and let them dry (remove the nail paint if you’ve applied it before). After that, do massage with some foot cream. At that point, take four cotton balls and split them in half to fit these cotton balls in between your toes.

Put some cream mixed with your favorite essential oil onto every cotton ball and put them in between your toes. Leave them there for about thirty minutes. This is ideal technique for tired feet. Apply the nail paint of your favorite colors.

Give Yourself a Manicure:
